I had to return a part that didn’t fit my bike. The process was simple. The refund showed up after a few days. It wasn’t instant, but it wasn’t a hassle either. I’d use them again...

I ordered some bike parts from bikeconnection.net and everything showed up exactly like I ordered. The sizes were right, all the items were in the box, and nothing was missing. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, which had me feeling a bit pressured since I was trying to get my bike sorted out quickly, but it wasn’t a major issue in the end. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d probably order from them again.

I ordered from bikeconnection.net because the price made it look like I was getting a good deal compared to a couple other places. The item itself was fine and it showed up in a reasonable amount of time, so I can’t really complain about the actual product.

What annoyed me was that once shipping got added in, the “deal” didn’t feel like much of a deal anymore. Some of the wording on the site made it seem cheaper than it really ended up being, which felt a little misleading. I might order again if there’s a solid sale, but I’d definitely compare the final total elsewhere first.

I found what I was looking for in maybe a couple of minutes. The site was simple to get around and didn’t make the process feel complicated.
